Technically renumbered to avoid duplication of newly enacted Chapter also in HB 43, Chapter 109 and HB 35, Chapter 413.As used in this chapter:

1. (1) "Annual compensation plan" means the annual compensation plan described in Section 63A-17-307.
2. (2) "Benefits advisory commission" means the State Employee Benefit Advisory Commission created in Section 63C-31-102.
3. (3) "Total compensation" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63A-17-102.
