Technically renumbered to avoid duplication of newly enacted Chapter also in HB 43, Chapter 109 and SB 22, Chapter 489.As used in this chapter:

1. (1) "Board" means the County Recorder Standards Board created in Section 63C-30-201.
2. (2) "Department" means the Department of Commerce created in Section 13-1-2.
