Technically renumbered to avoid duplication of enacted Chapter also enacted in HB 82, Chapter 207, HB 215, Chapter 322, and SB 244, Chapter 472.As used in this chapter:

1. (1) "Commission" means the Cybersecurity Commission created in this chapter.

2. (2) "Critical infrastructure" includes the following sectors the United States Department of Homeland Security identifies as critical:

   1. (a) chemical;
   2. (b) commercial facilities;
   3. (c) communications;
   4. (d) critical manufacturing;
   5. (e) dams;
   6. (f) defense industrial base;
   7. (g) emergency services;
   8. (h) energy;
   9. (i) financial services;
   10. (j) food and agriculture;
   11. (k) government facilities;
   12. (l) healthcare and public health;
   13. (m) information technology;
   14. (n) nuclear reactors, nuclear materials, and nuclear waste;
   15. (o) transportation systems; and
   16. (p) water and wastewater systems.
