1. (1) The executive director, with the approval of the governor, shall appoint an individual to manage the program.

2. (2) The program manager shall be experienced in:

   1. (a) government administration;
   2. (b) data privacy;
   3. (c) cybersecurity; and
   4. (d) information technology.
3. (3) The program manager is responsible for implementing a state-endorsed digital identity in accordance with this chapter.
