58-93-306 or the experience requirements of Section 58-93-307 for licensure if the applicant:
- (1) holds a criminal justice bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;
- (2) is certified to have successfully completed the state Peace Officers Standards and Training basic training course provided under Section 53-6-202; or
- (3) provides adequate proof of having successfully completed a training or experience substantially similar to the training and experience required under Section 58-93-306 or 58-93-307.
