58-93-302, an applicant for licensure as a bail recovery apprentice shall:
- (1) be at least 18 years old;
- (2) submit an application in a form the division approves;
- (3) pay a fee determined by the department under Section 63J-1-504; and
- (4) identify the bail bond agency employing and responsible for supervising the applicant under Section 58-93-303.
