Utah Code Ann. § 58-93-301
Licensure required -- License classifications.
Effective Sep 1, 2026Enacted by Chapter 44, 2026 General Session
- (1) A licensee is required to engage in an act regulated by this chapter. except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
(2) The division shall issue to a person that qualifies under this chapter a license in the following classifications:
- (a) bail bond agency;
- (b) bail enforcement agent;
- (c) bail recovery agent; and
- (d) bail recovery apprentice.
