58-92-307 for licensure if the applicant:

1. (1) holds a criminal justice bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;
2. (2) is certified to have successfully completed the state Peace Officers Standards and Training basic training course provided under Section 53-6-202; or
3. (3) provides adequate proof of having successfully completed a training or experience substantially similar to the training and experience required under this chapter.
