58-91-803 for the following purposes:

1. (1) educating and training licensees under this chapter;
2. (2) educating and training the general public in matters concerning the laws that govern practices licensed under this chapter; and

3. (3) enforcing this chapter by:

   1. (a) investigating unprofessional or unlawful conduct; and
   2. (b) providing legal representation to the division when the division takes legal action against an individual charged with unprofessional or unlawful conduct.
