Rulemaking authority -- State authority over scope of practice.
Effective May 4, 2022

(1) The division may make rules in accordance with
Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act
, to implement this chapter.
(2) Notwithstanding any provision in Sections

do not supersede state law related to an individual's scope of practice under this title.
