It is unlawful for a person who is not licensed or certified under this chapter to:

1. (1) use the titles:

   1. (a) state certified behavioral health technician; or
   2. (b) licensed behavioral health coach; or

2. (2) represent that the person is, in connection with the person's name or business:

   1. (a) a state certified behavioral health technician; or
   2. (b) licensed behavioral health coach.
