Utah Code Ann. § 58-60-404

License classifications.

Amended by Chapter 179, 2012 General Session

The division shall issue licenses to individuals qualified under the provisions of this part in the classification of:

(1) a clinical mental health counselor; or
(2) an associate clinical mental health counselor.
