1. (1) The division may:

   1. (a) refuse to issue a license to an applicant;
   2. (b) refuse to renew a license;
   3. (c) revoke, suspend, restrict, or place a license on probation;
   4. (d) issue a public or private reprimand to a licensee; or
   5. (e) issue a cease and desist order.
2. (2) The division shall perform an act listed in Subsection (1) in accordance with Section 58-1-401.
