1. (1) A substance listed under Subsection (2) is an analog, as defined in Subsection 58-37-101(1)(f), if the substance, in any quantity, and in any material, compound, mixture, or preparation, is present in:

   1. (a) any product manufactured, distributed, or possessed for the purpose of human consumption; or
   2. (b) any product, the use or administration of which results in human consumption.

2. (2) Substances referred to in Subsection (1) include, but are not limited to:

   1. (a) gamma butyrolactone (GBL);
   2. (b) butyrolactone;
   3. (c) 1,2 butanolide;
   4. (d) 2-oxanolone;
   5. (e) tetrahydro-2-furanone;
   6. (f) dihydro-2 (3H)-furanone;
   7. (g) tetramethylene glycol;
   8. (h) 1,4 butanediol; and
   9. (i) gamma valerolactone.
