As used in this part:

1. (1) "Injectable epinephrine rescue medication" means the same as that term is defined in Section 26B-4-401.
2. (2) "Glucagon kit" means the same as that term is defined in Section 26B-4-401.
3. (3) "Local health department" means the same as that term is defined in Section 26A-1-102.
4. (4) "Physician" means the same as that term is defined in Section 58-67-102.
5. (5) "Qualified adult" means the same as that term is defined in Section 26B-4-401.
6. (6) "Qualified injectable epinephrine rescue medication entity" means the same as that term is defined in Section 26B-4-401.
7. (7) "Qualified stock albuterol entity" means the same as that term is defined in Section 26B-4-401.
8. (8) "Stock albuterol" means the same as that term is defined in Section 26B-4-401.
