- (1) The Utah Board of Higher Education shall provide to the institute, by agreement, administrative support, office facilities, and space.
- (2) The Utah Board of Higher Education may levy reasonable charges or fees against the institute pursuant to the agreement for the services provided by the Utah Board of Higher Education.
