1. (1) The center shall report to the Education Interim Committee and Business and Labor Interim Committee:

   1. (a) before July 1 of each year regarding the center's:

      1. (i) research and service priorities for the year;
      2. (ii) completed research from the previous year; and
      3. (iii) activities and accomplishments in the previous year; and
   2. (b) before December 1 of each year, the center's ongoing data research and service priority list described in Subsection 53H-15-303(2).
2. (2) The Education Interim Committee shall provide the center ongoing input regarding the center's activities and data research priorities.
