The family outreach liaison shall:

1. (1) communicate to families about:

   1. (a) school events;
   2. (b) school priorities;
   3. (c) school-based resources and community-based resources that are available to children or families; and
   4. (d) opportunities to volunteer in the classroom and outside of the classroom at the school and school related events; and

2. (2) communicate to families about how to:

   1. (a) read and interpret their children's report card and other data generated by the school;
   2. (b) navigate school web-based platforms;
   3. (c) reach out to teachers and other school staff to advocate for their child; and
   4. (d) support the child's learning at home.
