Statewide school accountability system -- State board rulemaking.
Effective May 12, 2020
Amended by Chapter 408, 2020 General Session
(1) There is established a statewide school accountability system.
(2) In accordance with
Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act
, the state board shall make rules to implement the school accountability system in accordance with this part.
