As used in this part:

1. (1) "Lowest performing 25% of students" means the proportion of a school's students who scored in the lowest 25% of students in the school on a statewide assessment based on the prior school year's scores.

2. (2) "Statewide assessment" means one or more of the following, as applicable:

   1. (a) a standards assessment described in Section 53E-4-303;
   2. (b) a high school assessment described in Section 53E-4-304;
   3. (c) a college readiness assessment described in Section 53E-4-305; or
   4. (d) an alternate assessment administered to a student with a disability.
