Utah Code Ann. § 53-2a-1403

Emergency operations plan.

Effective May 1, 2024Amended by Chapter 438, 2024 General Session

(1) Each county shall create and maintain an emergency operations plan.
(2) Each city and town shall:
1. (a) create and maintain an emergency operations plan; or
2. (b) adopt the emergency operations plan created by the county in which the city or town is located.
