1. (1) share information from the law enforcement agency's record management system with the department's statewide criminal intelligence system as described in Subsection 53-10-302(8); and
2. (2) coordinate with the department to enter into a memorandum of understanding or related agreement that may be necessary for the sharing of the information described in Subsection (1).
