1. (1) Licenses under this chapter are issued in the classifications of:

   1. (a) bail enforcement agent;
   2. (b) bail recovery agent; or
   3. (c) bail recovery apprentice.

2. (2) A person may not:

   1. (a) act or assume to act as, or claim to be, a licensee unless the person is licensed under this chapter; or
   2. (b) falsely represent that the person is employed by a licensee.
3. (3) The commissioner shall issue licenses to applicants who qualify for them under this chapter.
4. (4) A license issued under this chapter is not transferable or assignable.
