The bureau shall collect fees for the following services:

1. (1) applicant fingerprint card as determined by Section 53-10-108;
2. (2) concealed firearm permit as determined by Section 53-5a-307;
3. (3) provisional concealed firearm permit as determined by Section 53-5a-308;
4. (4) a certificate of eligibility for expungement as described in Section 77-40a-304;
5. (5) firearm purchase background check as determined by Section 53-5a-602;
6. (6) name check as determined by Section 53-10-108; and
7. (7) right of access as determined by Section 53-10-108.
