§ 53-1-302

Utah Code Ann. § 53-1-302

Definitions.

Enacted by Chapter 234, 1993 General Session

As used in this part:

  1. (1) "Director" means the division director appointed under Section 53-1-303.
  2. (2) "Division" means the Management Information Services Division created in Section 53-1-303.
