1. (1) At the reasonable discretion of the office, any document relating to this title may be treated as an original, whether created by photocopy, facsimile, e-mail, electronic transmission, imaging, or other technology.
2. (2) The office may communicate with participating employers, members, beneficiaries, and others through electronic means as determined appropriate by the office.
