1. (1) This part is known as "Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing."

2. (2) For the purposes of this part:

   1. (a) "Assistant director" means the assistant director of the division.
   2. (b) "Division" means the program called the Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing created in Section 35A-13-502.
