Utah Code Ann. § 35A-13-401 – General provisions.

(1) This part is known as "Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired."
(2) For the purposes of this part:
1. (a) "Assistant director" means the assistant director of the division.
2. (b) "Division" means the program called the Division of Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired created in Section 35A-13-402.
