Nonsolicitation agreements.
Effective May 6, 2026
Enacted by Chapter 66, 2026 General Session
(1) On or after May 6, 2026, a person and a veterinarian may not enter into a nonsolicitation agreement.
(2) A nonsolicitation agreement that violates this section is void.
