As used in this chapter:

1. (1) "Boundary of a hotel" means the same as that term is defined in Section 32B-8b-102.
2. (2) "Boundary of a resort building" means the same as that term is defined in Section 32B-8b-102.
3. (3) "Hotel" means the same as that term is defined in Section 32B-8b-102.
4. (4) "Resort building" means the same as that term is defined in Section 32B-8-102.

5. (5) "Spa" means a spa:

   1. (a) as the commission defines by rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act; and

   2. (b) that is within the:

      1. (i) boundary of a resort building; or
      2. (ii) boundary of a hotel.
