1. (1) An off-premise beer retailer state license expires on the last day of February each year.

2. (2) To renew an off-premise beer retailer state license, an off-premise beer retailer state licensee shall, no later than January 31, submit:

   1. (a) a completed renewal application to the department in a form prescribed by the department; and
   2. (b) a renewal fee of $175.
3. (3) An off-premise beer retailer state licensee automatically forfeits the off-premise beer retailer state license if the off-premise beer retailer state licensee fails to satisfy the renewal requirements described in this section.
