The commission may suspend or revoke a liquor transport license if a liquor transport licensee does not immediately notify the department of a change in:

1. (1) ownership of the liquor transport service;

2. (2) for a corporate owner:

   1. (a) the corporate officers or directors; or
   2. (b) shareholders holding at least 20% of the total issued and outstanding stock of the corporation; or

3. (3) for a limited liability company:

   1. (a) the managers; or
   2. (b) the members owing at least 20% of the limited liability company.
