Technically renumbered to avoid duplication of newly enacted code also in SB0069, Chapter 514.A pharmacy benefit manager shall offer to a self-funded health benefit plan, as an option for the self-funded health benefit plan's design, pharmacy benefit management services that:

1. (1) comply with the provisions of Subsections 31A-22-643(4) and (5), collectively and individually; and
2. (2) do not include spread pricing.
