Applicability -- Administrative procedures.

(1) Sections
26B-7-304
through
26B-7-315
apply to involuntary orders of restriction applied to an individual by the department or a local health department.
(2) The provisions of Sections
26B-7-304
through
26B-7-315
supersede the provisions of
Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act
.
(3) The department may adopt rules in accordance with
Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act
, as necessary to administer the provisions of Sections
26B-7-304
through
26B-7-315
.
