A health care facility licensed under this part shall, when requested by a consumer:

1. (1) make a list of prices charged by the facility available for the consumer that includes the facility's:

   1. (a) in-patient procedures;
   2. (b) out-patient procedures;
   3. (c) the 50 most commonly prescribed drugs in the facility;
   4. (d) imaging services; and
   5. (e) implants; and

2. (2) provide the consumer with information regarding any discounts the facility provides for:

   1. (a) charges for services not covered by insurance; or
   2. (b) prompt payment of billed charges.
