Utah Code Ann. § 23A-2-403

Reciprocal agreements with other states.

Effective Jul 1, 2023Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session

(1) The Wildlife Board may enter into reciprocal agreements with other states to:
1. (a) license and regulate fishing, hunting, and related activities; and
2. (b) promote and implement wildlife management programs.
(2) Reciprocal agreements shall be approved by the executive director.
