Uniform Military and Overseas Voting Act notice requirements relating to regular general elections only.
Effective May 6, 2026Enacted by Chapter 329, 2026 General Session
(1) No later than 60 calendar days after the day of a regular general election, a county clerk shall submit the report described in Subsection 20A-16-202(1).
(2) No later than 90 calendar days after the day of a regular general election, the lieutenant governor shall submit the report described in Subsection 20A-16-202(2).
