20A-1-308, and subject to Subsection 20A-3a-603(2), the election officer shall provide notice of the dates, times, and locations of early voting, and any changes to the dates, times, and locations of early voting, on the websites, at the phone number, and at the address disclosed in the notice described in Section 20A-5a-102.
