1. (1)

   1. (a) Each meeting of the administrative control board shall comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.

   2. (b) Subject to Subsection (2), an administrative control board shall:

      1. (i) adopt rules of order and procedure to govern a public meeting of the administrative control board;
      2. (ii) conduct a public meeting in accordance with the rules of order and procedure described in Subsection (1)(b)(i); and

      3. (iii) make the rules of order and procedure described in Subsection (1)(b)(i) available to the public:

         1. (A) at each meeting of the administrative control board; and
         2. (B) if the special service district has a public website, on the website.
2. (2) Subsection (1)(b) does not affect the administrative control board's duty to comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
