1. (1) The following are approved revenue sources for a zone:

   1. (a) property tax increment or personal property tax, as described in Section 63N-3a-204; and
   2. (b) revenue, if any, an agency receives from a county as described in Section 17C-6-201.

2. (2) Revenue described in Subsection (1):

   1. (a) is zone revenue;
   2. (b) shall be administered by the agency; and
   3. (c) may be expended as provided in this chapter.
