Violations -- Misdemeanor -- Ineligibility for employment and forfeiture of position.
Effective May 6, 2026
Amended by Chapter 105, 2026 General Session
(1) be ineligible for appointment to or employment in a county position; and
(2) if a county officer or employee, forfeit the county office or position.
