Utah Code Ann. § 17-69-102

Seal.

Effective Nov 6, 2025Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 13, 2025 Special Session 1

(1) The county legislative body shall furnish the county auditor a seal in accordance with Subsection (2).
(2) The seal shall contain or be impressed with:
1. (a) the name of the county; and
2. (b) "State of Utah, County Auditor."
