As used in this part:

1. (1) "Division" means the State Fire Marshal Division created in Section 53-7-103.

2. (2) "Legislative action" includes legislation that:

   1. (a) adopts a State Fire Code;
   2. (b) amends a State Fire Code; or
   3. (c) repeals one or more provisions of a State Fire Code.
