This section is repealed on the earlier of July 1, 2027, or 120 days after the day on which the governor makes the finding described in Subsection 63G-12-202(3)(a).A private employer shall comply with this chapter, and this chapter shall be enforced without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, familial status, or source of income.
