1. (1) There is established within the Department of Commerce the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code that is responsible for corporation and commercial code filings in this state.

2. (2) The division shall administer:

   1. (a) Section 41-12a-505;
   2. (b) Section 56-1-3;
   3. (c) Section 56-1-10;
   4. (d) Section 63G-7-401;
   5. (e) Title 3, Chapter 1, General Provisions Relating to Agricultural Cooperative Associations;
   6. (f) Title 16, Business Entities;
   7. (g) Title 42, Chapter 2, Conducting Business as a D.B.A.;
   8. (h) Title 70, Chapter 3a, Registration and Protection of Trademarks and Service Marks Act; and
   9. (i) Title 70A, Uniform Commercial Code.
