Utah Code Ann. § 11-70-204
(1) As used in this section:
(5) If the fairpark district imposes an accommodations tax, a public entity other than the fairpark district, may not impose, on the amounts paid or charged for accommodations and services within the district sales tax area, any other tax described in:
