1. (1) The division will review a reporting entity's moderate income housing report within 90 days after the report is received.
2. (2) After reviewing a report, the division will provide notice as provided in Section 10-9a-408 or 17-27a-408.

3. (3)(a) If the division determines a moderate income housing report is noncompliant, the reporting entity may submit a corrected report within 90 days after the date the notice of noncompliance is sent.

   1. (b) The division will review a corrected report within 30 days after the report is received.
