1. (1) Each eligible entity shall maintain written personnel policies, available for review.

2. (2) The policies described in Section R990-100-18 shall include:

   1. (a) classification and pay plan;
   2. (b) policies governing selection, appointment, and written evaluation;
   3. (c) conditions of employment and employee performance;
   4. (d) employee benefits;
   5. (e) employee-management relations including procedures for filing and handling grievances, complaints, and rights of appeal;
   6. (f) personnel records and payroll procedures;
   7. (g) job description for each position;

   8. (h) Drug Free Work Place Policy; and

      1. (i) Whistle Blower Policy.
