1. (1) The Department will only pay CC to a client who selects an eligible provider who:

   1. (a) is providing care in an eligible setting; and
   2. (b) has approved provider status.
2. (2) In addition to the requirements in this section, an eligible provider must meet all CCDF requirements.
3. (3) CC is only available for care provided in the state.
