1. (1) Individualized career services available to clients consist of:

   1. (a) an assessment as provided in Section R986-600-620;
   2. (b) development of an employment plan as provided in Section R986-600-621;
   3. (c) case management, career counseling, and career planning;
   4. (d) in depth testing and formal assessment;
   5. (e) workforce preparation activities and prevocational services; and
   6. (f) financial literacy services.

2. (2) The following individualized career services may be available to eligible adults, dislocated workers, and youth:

   1. (a) English language acquisition;
   2. (b) out-of-area job search and relocation assistance;
   3. (c) supportive services;
   4. (d) unpaid internships; and
   5. (e) employment internship opportunities.

3. (3) Additional individualized career services available to youth may include:

   1. (a) leadership development;
   2. (b) mentoring;
   3. (c) comprehensive guidance and counseling; and
   4. (d) summer youth employment internship opportunities.
